Is insurance included in the tours and rentals?
Yes, insurance covering accidents related to the activity is included in the total price except the transportation. We ask for the full names and ID numbers of each guest at least 24 hours in advance to make sure you're covered.

Absolutely. Antigua Guatemala is considered one of the safest cities in Central America for travelers. The city has security cameras, regular police presence, and a calm, friendly atmosphere. Like anywhere, keep an eye on your belongings, but crime here is rare.
What should I pack for a day in Guatapé?
Comfortable shoes are a must, especially for volcano hikes or walking tours. Bring sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. A light jacket is also a good idea for higher elevations. And don't forget your camera — Antigua is incredibly photogenic!
How far is Guatapé from Medellín?
It's about 45 minutes from Guatemala City GUA Airport by car, depending on traffic. We offer private door-to-door transfers from GUA Airport so you can relax and arrive stress-free.

Rain is part of life in the mountains! Most of our tours can still run in light rain, and we adjust plans to keep things comfortable. If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll offer to reschedule or provide a partial refund. We always stay in touch the day before your tour to confirm everything.
Can you hold a reservation while I decide?
Yes! We can hold a spot for 12 to 24 hours while you confirm or send payment. Just let us know what you need and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer group discounts?
We do! For bookings over $400 USD, we offer a 5% discount. For bookings over $800 USD, you get 8% off. Just ask Ana when you’re ready to book.
Can I customize a tour or plan a special experience?
